  Don't just think of this as a breakfast place; they do a very nice lunch as well. But you can order breakfast right up until 2PM when they close. Grumpy's is a local institution. They have a huge menu and even more specials on the blackboards. There is often a wait on weekends but it's never long. If you can find a parking spot you can usually get a table within five minutes. The muffins are made there and always incredibly good.

  Classic American favorites made with extreme care to make sure that no one is offended.
  
  The breakfast menu is enormous with lots of comforting choices. The lunch menu specials are generally very good. The open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce is huge. The meatloaf is made in house and is quite good. The fish and chips are also extremely good.
  
  The muffins are once again gigantic and the corn muffin, blueberry and morning glory are very good.
  
  My Shepherd's Pie was basically tasteless. It needed flavor, salt, or something that would have made it distinctive.

  For the long wait, I was looking for phenomenal food. It was okay. Service was quick and efficient. Nice atmosphereWe had four different meals, none were bad but nothing was exceptionally good. I would try somewhere else next time
